Arriving at Aberdeen Airport
Aberdeen Airport (ABZ) serves the city of Aberdeen and the north-east of Scotland. Plenty of our passengers here are travelling for work, so the pickup is built around a predictable routine: we follow the flight, the driver waits in arrivals with your name, and you know the fare before you land.
From the terminal, Aberdeen city itself is the most common drop-off, whether that is a hotel, an office or a family home.
Tips for a smooth Aberdeen pickup
Add your flight number at booking. If you are flying in for a shift pattern or a site visit, tell us the return date too, so the inbound and outbound cars are arranged together under one booking reference.
For Speyside days, list each distillery as a stop in the order you want to visit. The quote then reflects the real route rather than a straight line, and nobody needs to work out the driving on the day. Allow time for tours that run to a fixed schedule, and let us know if a visit might overrun so we can plan the next leg around it.
Whisky country within reach
Aberdeen is also a practical starting point for Speyside. Two distilleries linked to this page are Glenfiddich and The Macallan, and a private car lets a group visit both without anyone needing to drive after a tasting. We price these as fixed journeys, so ask for a quote with each stop added.
Visitors flying in for a whisky trip usually travel light on the way out and heavy on the way back, so it is worth picking a car with spare boot space.
Picking a vehicle
Our saloons carry up to four passengers with two large cases, the Estate Car takes four passengers with three cases, the Standard MPV four passengers with four cases, the Seven-Seater MPV six passengers with three cases, the Premium MPV seven passengers with seven cases and the Eight-Seater Van eight passengers with eight cases. For a work trip one person rarely needs more than a saloon; for a group of colleagues the Seven-Seater MPV keeps everyone in one car.
Child seats, extra stops and return journeys can all be added while you book.
