Yes. Every airport transfer includes automatic flight tracking, and we adjust pickup times for delays or early arrivals at no extra cost.
Yes. Meet and greet is included on every airport pickup: your driver waits in arrivals with a name board. Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time. After that, waiting is 50p per minute (75p per minute for larger vehicles).
Transfers: free cancellation more than 12 hours before pickup, 50% of the fare from 3 to 12 hours, and the full fare under 3 hours. Tours: free cancellation more than 48 hours before the start, 50% of the price from 24 to 48 hours, and the full price under 24 hours or for a no-show. See our booking & cancellation policy.
You pay by card through Stripe at the end of the booking (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). No card details are stored on cabslink.com. Your journey is confirmed as soon as the payment succeeds.
