What is the difference between private hire and a taxi?
A taxi can be hailed on the street or picked up at a rank. Private hire must be booked in advance through an operator, which is why we can confirm a fixed price and allocate the right vehicle for your group.
Can I book a private hire car for a return journey?
Yes. Add a return leg during booking and we hold the same vehicle class for both directions.
How far in advance should I book?
Same-day bookings are usually fine, but for early-morning airport runs and large vehicles we recommend at least 24 hours.
