Medical travel
Calm, unhurried travel on a difficult day
Appointments run late and discharges rarely happen on schedule. Our hospital transfers allow for that: we hold the booking, wait where waiting is allowed, and stay in touch with whoever is coordinating the collection.
Patient-first drivers
Unhurried, helpful and used to assisting to the door.
Flexible discharge timing
We re-time collections when the ward runs late.
Companion travels free
A relative or carer can travel with the patient.
Recurring appointments
Repeat bookings for treatment courses.
How it works
Four steps from enquiry to arrival
- 01
Book the appointment slot
Give the hospital, department and appointment time.
- 02
Door-to-door pickup
Collected from home, assisted to the vehicle.
- 03
Held return
We hold the return until the ward confirms discharge.
- 04
Home again
Assisted back to the door, not just the kerb.
